IYENGAR YOGA
A physical discipline which focuses mainly on asanas (postures) and Pranayama (breathwork). Many poses practiced with props.
Focus is on body alignment to strengthen the back. Improve muscle tone, posture and self-esteem. Increase flexibility, energy, memory, stamina and strength. Many poses are practiced with props. Class ends with a guided meditation. Great for anyone, any age for a lifetime of total well-being.
YIN YOGA
Resting poses practiced with props to release, relax and rejuvenate the body and mind. Relieve anxiety, stress, high blood pressure, insomnia, illness, weakness and menopause.
PRE-NATAL YOGA
For a storybook pregnancy, labor, delivery and post partum.
YOGA 4 KIDS - AGES 4-12
Seen on TV. Children discover inner peace through playful yoga poses, animated breathing exercises proven to increase test scores 84 percent. Music, storytelling, yoga art and yoga games foster language, social interaction and reflection. Express creativity and imagination. PURE FUN!
